The Presidential Address and Key Honors
The national ceremony at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, was graced by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, as the Chief Guest. In a powerful gesture, the President personally handed over Electors’ Photo Identity Cards (EPIC) to first-time voters, welcoming them into the democratic fold.

- Inclusive Conduct: Ensuring elections are accessible to the elderly, PwDs, and remote voters.
- Knowledge Sharing: Launching a global Encyclopaedia of Democracies.
- Tech Leadership: India’s offer to share its ECINET digital platform for the co-development of election systems worldwide.
- Global Capacity Building: Leveraging India’s IIIDEM to train poll officials from over 100 nations.

- 100% Webcasting: Total transparency is now mandatory, with live streaming from every single polling station to monitor irregularities.

- Voter Turnout App: Real-time updates every two hours via the ECINET app, reducing the lag in approximate polling trends.
Grassroots Celebration: 11 Lakh Booths
