The National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN) will conduct the exam. Here is everything you need to know about the format:

Marking Scheme & Passing Criteria
To clear this exam, precision is key due to the negative marking system:
- Correct Answer: +3 Marks
- Incorrect Answer: -1 Mark (Negative Marking)
- Maximum Marks: 450
- Qualifying Marks: 270 (60%)
Note: Candidates who pass the written test will be called for an Oral Examination as per Regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018. The qualifying mark for the oral round is also 60%.
